READY Prep (Recreational Enrichment And Development for Youth) is a youth-focused organization using sports as a vehicle to build confidence, leadership, and community in a fun and safe space for kids in grades K-8, ages 3-14. The organization’s philosophy is that “sports is the vehicle” — READY Prep is not just about playing sports, but a transformative journey of personal growth, character development, and leadership skills. Programming spans recreation (sports, arts, and STEM), development (core values and character building), and enrichment (academic counseling, study hall, and tutoring), with a commitment to enhancing the physical, social, and emotional development of every child by prioritizing each young person’s spirit, mind, and body. To date, READY Prep has impacted more than 300 kids through over 100 playing experiences.
