Cambridge Basketball Lab

Cambridge Basketball Lab is a free, co-ed basketball and mentorship program in Cambridge, Massachusetts for middle and high school youth. More than a gym, The Lab is a tech-infused basketball and leadership development training facility where every drill is measurable, helping students set personal goals and track their progress while building long-term mentoring relationships with caring adults, many of whom are alumni of Cambridge Rindge and Latin School (CRLS) basketball programs. The Lab is committed to providing opportunities for any Cambridge student regardless of family income, relying entirely on philanthropic support to remain free of charge. The organization has delivered over 7,900 free workouts and 11,850+ hours of mentorship to 488 student-athletes, 82% of whom identify as youth of color, in partnership with organizations including the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, Red Sox Foundation, and Cambridge Public Schools.
